About the room
YOUNG FEMALE RESIDENCE
Seeking a respectable roommate, must be okay with creating a cleaning schedule and not wearing shoes inside, early-mid 20s who doesn’t need to be reminded to pick up after themselves.
About the room: Room with a window to the street. Room is small. Fits a single bed and not much more, but there is a small closet. Please confirm your age and if you are currently studying when sending messages.
About the house: Recently remodeled, located next to Washington Park on the border between Union City and Jersey Heights and a few blocks to the elevator to Hoboken. Easy access to New York by bus and the NJ light rail. Grocery nearby. All utilities included, washer and dryer, shared kitchen access and communal backyard. No smoking.
There is a $50 application fee. If you get declined, the money will be returned to you. If you are approved, it will be used towards the deposit.
About the roomies
All the roommates on the second floor young females, mostly students. I (female) live on the first floor with my daughter and I am not a student.
