I own a 3 bedroom split level home in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Your furnished bedroom would be on my main level with the other 2 bedrooms, including mine. Your room will be furnished with a queen size bed, 1 nightstand, a mounted TV on the wall & a normal sized closet. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room &, laundry area. The laundry area is on the lower level. The bathroom is a shared bathroom that is in the hallway (right across from your room) but since its just us in the house, the bathroom is essentially yours. The utilities & trash are included in the monthly rent. My car is not included, so please know how to Lyft/Uber, if you do not have your own vehicle. I’m 51 years old. My daughter is a Flight Attendant, so she will not be home frequently, but from time to time. I have a “9-5” with a hybrid schedule. I’m up super early & go to bed about 10pm-11pm. I’m pretty much a homebody. I watch a lot of TV & play music at times. I have 2 grandkids (3 & 5), that visits often & that I keep from time to time on the weekends.

*******My ideal roommate DOES NOT work from home, value privacy, is very clean, not a hoarder, very responsible, cleans up after themselves, does not leave food in their room….just an overall friendly person that knows how to co-exist.
