A nice sized back yard is available for BBQ’s, along with kitchen and laundry privileges. Utilities are incl. in rent and include high speed WiFi internet. The house is located in a well maintained/landscaped, peaceful neighborhood, with a nice park just across the street. There is also a Walgreens, 4 gas stations/convenience stores and the NEW Hard Rock Casino is just 5 miles away! This is a must see and will definitely be at the top of even the most selective renter’s list! This is a non-smoking, no-drug environment.
