A little about myself: I am a single mother with two children, ages 13 and 16, who live with me half of the week and stay with their father the other half. We also have a medium-sized beagle mix who is 6 years old, well-trained, and very friendly. I work at a financial company and go into the office four days a week. Our last housemate stayed with us for nearly three years, and we are now looking to welcome a new one.

I am seeking ONE female housemate who is quiet, clean, and easygoing. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. No pets are allowed. A background check and income verification will be required. Minimum lease term is 6 months.
