Must pass a background check. We require a credit check (Minimum qualifying score: 600)

Must sign a lease. Preferably, 6 to 12 months. All interested complete a simple screening process for the safety of the household. Application fee $41 (includes background check & Credit Check) Reasonable occupancy limit of 2 per room. No pets. No smoking.
