Tenant will also have full access to upstairs living area with fireplace and kitchen and large backyard. Indoor garage parking also available when owner is absent.

I actually live in AZ, but come to Wichita to spend time with my elderly Mom. I have 3 dogs; a golden and 2 small shibas so it’s important that my roommate is pet friendly. I’m hoping to find someone who cleans up after themselves and treats my home with care.
