Hello! I’m looking for a female renter to move in into my apartment. The location is great location, just a 10 min drive from DC, 6 min from DCA. The apartment is furnished including your bedroom :) . It’s spacious with 2 medium walk in closet. The carpets was just fully removed and replaced with hardwood floors. Photos will be uploaded soon but the last picture shows the new floors.
About the roomies
The room to be rented is actually mine. I moved out of town for a work project and I am not back enough to keep it. You’ll be sharing the place with one person, She is very sweet and laid back.
