This is a gorgeous private large studio with kitchenette and attached bathroom in the basement of a executive house. It has AC and WiFi. There is a shared washer/dryer and parking on the premises. It is semi furnished and only needs a bed and mattress. Looking for a flexible and responsible person who is comfortable with dogs. Two people renting is ok and rent will then be $2200. Rent includes utilities and garbage. Most importantly renter should be aware and ok with the fact that there is quite a bit of noise transmission into the space due to the dogs and people walking above in the kitchen. Anyone desiring a quiet place will not find this suitable to their needs. The backyard is large and spacious and there is also an outdoor kitchen. Pool that is solar heated No smoking, drugs, overnight guests without prior permission and no pets please.
