Incomes don’t seem to match housing prices and savings are drained with massive upfront costs. This is why Ayni Home Rentals provides safe, clean, fun, and affordable co-living spaces for working and traveling professionals in the Cocoa area!
Co-living offers individual private bedrooms for rent in upscale, clean and tech-friendly single family homes in exceptional locations and safe quiet neighborhoods. Each private bedroom has a keypad entry lock with access to beautifully decorated living space and fully-equipped kitchens, and laundry facilities. Terms are monthly, 3 month, 6 month and one year.
All utilities including high speed internet, electric, water/sewer/trash and a secure storage space are covered for a nominal monthly contribution of $45. Shared spaces are cleaned monthly and stocked with bathroom paper products.
WELCOME TO ZEN HOUSE COCOA! Zen House is a super zen space as the name implies. It has soft tone colors, LED lighting, fireplace, and a good vibe. There are 5 bedrooms (one with private bath) and 2 other full baths. Members with shared bath will share a beautiful upscale bathroom with only one other member. The home is 2200 SQ FT and features 2 living spaces as well as a large outdoor space for soaking in the Florida sun, working on your lap tap, yoga, meditation, or whatever you are into.
Zen House Cocoa is walking distance to the Indian River, boat dock access and boat docking on a limited basis for additional fee. It is a short drive to local beaches, cruise port, and many local employers and close to bus routes. Watch the rocket launches from the back yard.
Zen house is smoke free and we instill a culture of community and networking. Many of our members are working professionals, travel assignment professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit and are open to sharing in ideas and possibilities. Become part of our unique, co-living community through regularly scheduled social events and pop-ups.
All possible renters are interviewed, screened, and required to authorize a thorough background check and rental history. We love pets, but they don’t work for co-living.
Security deposit is only $900 and we have a $40 application fee that will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
