Upper NW Portland - Forest Heights - Our home is super chill, peaceful, quiet, and clean with great energy.

2900 sq. ft. house close to walking trails, park, school. Shared bathroom, shared fully-outfitted gourmet kitchen, deck, landscaped yard, updated, peaceful place with chill vibe.

Room is 13 x 11.5 freshly carpeted and painted with double door closet. Some storage space in garage. The room can be furnished with a twin bed and double futon as a bed/couch (or not) as you wish. $950/month plus $100 for utilities.

I am a happy, smart, fit kind, professional female. The second person in the house is a 35-year-old male elementary educator and actor. We can’t do cats do to allergy but a small non-shedding dog is a possibility.
