This is a new house that just finished renovations with a brand new gorgeous kitchen and new modern bathrooms that is only 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 20 minutes to the airport. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom with a double vanity, a living room area and a work area. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The 2 people downstairs have their own bathroom. There is also a work area set up with a HUGE L desk in the basement that I use to use to work from home. There are also 2 living rooms so the roommates have plenty of space to hang together or individually. The kitchen is large and beautiful. There is also a washer and dryer room. And it is walking distance from UC hospital and Anschultz. I also have never raised the rent and will never raise the rent for anyone living at the house.

I own the house but I live in South Denver with my wife. Carley Jane (they) lives in the other bedroom on the main floor. CJ works at the movie theatre and spends most of their time with d&d and other fantasy related activities. The master bedroom has its own attached bathroom and will be available for $900 a month. Henerico is pursuing an acting career and lives in the other bedroom upstairs. Noel (they) lives in one of the bedroom downstairs and plays a lot of D&D and video games and shares a bathroom with Magnolia (they). Magnolia lives in the other bedroom downstairs and likes art and magic the gathering. The basement bathroom is quite large and has plenty of space. Everyone is very respectful and friendly but generally keeps to themselves. Everyone is 4/20 friendly but everyone keeps it in their rooms.
