Moline Street

This is a new house that just finished renovations with a brand new gorgeous kitchen and new modern bathrooms that is only 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 20 minutes to the airport. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom with a double vanity and a living room area and a work area. The master bedroom has their own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs will share the other remaining upstairs bathroom. You would have one of the smaller upstairs bedrooms and share the bathroom with Carley Jane (they). There is also a work area set up with a large monitor and a commercial sized L desk in the basement that I use to use to work from home. There is also a washer and dryer room. And it is walking distance from UC hospital and Anschultz

I own the house but I had to move back to CT for work. I’ve since moved back to Denver but in a different house. Nick took my spot in the master bedroom with his 2 dogs. He likes to go hiking and to concerts/festivals. Carley Jane (they) lives in the other bedroom on the main floor and works at the movie theatre and spends most of their time with d&d and other fantasy related activities. Max and Corbin lives in the other downstairs bedrooms and loves to play video games and spend most of their time downstairs. Everyone is very respectful and friendly but generally keeps to themselves. Nick is more social and you’ll see him watching tv and cooking sometimes. Everyone is 4/20 friendly but everyone keeps it in their rooms.
