About the room
My lovely roommate is moving out and looking for someone that needs a room for June 1!! I would love to stay and find someone because its such an amazing apartment and a great deal for that area. Central air conditioning and heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans, spacious living room and dining room. Furnished apartment that is on the 2nd floor of a 3rd floor walk up. Laundry in the basement. Extra closet space in the hallway and storage in the basement. Located on a quite, tree lined street with FREE parking (easy to find daily) and a couple blocks from Andersonville restaurants and shops.
Apartment will be furnished but not your room . It’s 9 X 11 can fit up to a queen size bed. Lots of storage.
About me- Im a laid back lady, in her mid 30s, that works from home in the morning but often gone afternoons nights and weekends for work and social events. Open to cat or dog but (ICM requires a $20 a month pet rent)
You will be renting through ICM properties and they will require a non- refundable $350 admin fee that will cover credit check and move in fees or whatever they call it.
Bills split between 2 people RCN- $84 - I only have high speed internet and stream everything. Can hold up to 10 devices running at once. I would be open to getting cable if its a must. Peoples gas- runs around $40 a month Comed- runs around $40 a month
Transportation Metra- Union Pacific North - 1 block away Brown line- Damen stop 4 blocks
Around the Area 2 blocks from all the Andersonville restaurants and bars on clark, Marianos, LA Fitness, 7-11
