Hey !! i’m seeking for a roommate to move into my beautiful 3BR apt located in the center of the lower east side on July 3rd.

I’m looking for a roommate whose social , clean, with good vibes , preferably a professional who pays the rent on time and wants to share a home with two of my friends who’s been living there for awhile now. They’re both super amazing , down to earth , they work /travel a lot , share a good conversation , cook together and even take a yoga class once in awhile. That’s pretty much the vibe in our place , super chill!!

About the apt - we have the whole second floor in the building ( 1300 sq ft) , it’s really nice and specious . there are two full bathrooms , washer and dryer in unit , full kitchen with the newest appliances including dishwasher , new stove , new oven, a microwave and a fridge . there are 15 foot high ceiling throughout the apt lots of plants and art work.

One of the best parts is, the building is located right in front of the subway station ( F train) so it takes a quick ride to go anywhere in the city or even to brooklyn less than 20 mins . super convenient. there is also a secured rooftop ,super nice to hang out there when the weather is nice.

About the Master bedroom- It is very spacious,fully furnished ,there are 2 big windows with a view of the street/ public garden, there’s a queen size bed with a posturepedic mattress, side table, two closets .. there’s also an AC unit for the summer time. no smoking ,no pets. one month security deposit to move in.

Two of my best friends live in the apt , 2 guys in their 30s , they’re so amazing and down to earth, the first guy works in sells from home but he travels 4-5 times a month to meet clients . the second guy works full time at the office in product development , also he’s a photographer and travels a lot , they like to share a good conversation , cook together and take yoga classes once in awhile. they’re both super clean and like to take care of the apt. good vibes only!!
