We are welcoming a new housemate to join our beautifully maintained furnished master bedroom with private bath in a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath furnished ranch in a very quiet neighborhood. House has a deck and a screened porch with private wooded backyard with fruit trees. You might share the common space wit two to three housemate House is around 1485 SQ FT. Rent includes all utilities, super fast wifi all amenities, and professional cleaning. THE HOUSE COMES WITH WASHER, DRYER, REFRIGERATOR, OVEN, BUILT IN MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER, , UTENSILS, CUTTLERY, TOASTER OVEN, COFFEE MAKEER, CROCKPOT AND OTHER SMALL ELECTRICAL APPLICANCES ,SOFA, DINNING TABLE,BED ,WORK TABLE, CHAIR, THAT YOU MIGHT NEED TO CALL HOME.

We are professional and we do air b &b as well. We’re a respectful, easygoing household of young professionals who value a clean and peaceful home environment. We each keep to our own routines but enjoy occasional conversations in the common areas. You’ll be sharing the home with individuals who are: Focused, career-driven, and courteous Clean and mindful of shared spaces Supportive of a positive and drama-free living vibe. We appreciate open communication and creating a space that feels like home—not just a place to sleep. You will be signing a month to month lease and by doing so you will be automatically agreeing and signing to all the rules and notes below. Rules: (1) To ensure we keep the floor and carpet clean for our guests enjoyment, we have a NO SHOES policy inside our home, beyond entrance door. (2) No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests. (3) show respect to our neighbors , and others. Quiet from 10 pm to 7 am. (4)We have a strict no drug use policy. No smoking or vaping INSIDE the house. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE (5) Refrain from eating in other part of the house except kitchen, dinning and sun room. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. (6) Please keep kitchen and other common areas tight, clean and in order if using. Clean your room and common areas atleast once a month (7) Leave no trace. Please clean the bathtub, sink , floor, toilet after use. (8) Do not keep water running . Try to take short shower to protect the environment. (9) No candle or incense inside the room if not in the room. (10) Take turn to take trash out to the main trash can and the garbage bin outside near the curb on Monday night . (11) Keep WASHER DOOR OPEN after use to dry out and EMPTY LINT HOLDER of dryer. (12)No downloading or torrenting unsanctioned copyrighted material (13) We love pets. But please no live pets, as other housemate might be allergic. (14) We all know rules sucks, so the last rule is: FEEL AT HOME, ENJOY AND HAVE FUN!!!
