No smoking or vaping inside the house. (5) Refrain from eating in other part of the house except kitchen, dinning and sun room. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. (6) Please keep kitchen and other common areas tight, clean and in order if using. (7) Please clean the bathtub, sink , floor, toilet after use. (8) Please do not keep water running in Kitchen and bathroom Take short shower to protect the environment. (9) No candle or incense inside the room if not in the room. (10) Please help us care for our home during your stay. (11) Keep washer door open after use to dry out and empty the lint holder of dryer.(12)No downloading or torrenting unsanctioned copyrighted material (13) No live pets, as other housemate might be allergic.
