Currently 1 bedroom available downstairs. Living space/room downstairs. Shared kitchen cabinets. Close to freeway, lots of shopping centers within minutes. Looking for a nice, honest, mature and responsible person who can pay their bills on time and will clean up after themselves and shared space on a regular basis. Also bills are partially included in price I listed. I’m very understanding so if any special requests please ask : ) I believe in communication and honesty. If we can agree on that and practice it, I think it can work.

I’m a Single mom, my young adult sons live here at home. We have pets who are friendly, potty trained and for the most part well behaved and indoor. I like to keep a clean home, mostly quiet area but we do enjoy listening to music. ABSOLUTELY NO drugs, NO smoking, NO drinking allowed. I work from home and require quiet time while working. I’m nice, friendly and family oriented. I love to decorate for the holidays but don’t always have the help to do it so if you’d like to help all are welcome! Lol. Looking for drama free, friendly people to share a home with. If you prefer to keep to yourself that’s fine too. Guests are negotiable so no need to feel like you only have a room to be limited to.
