I am male/40’s who has resided here since 2009. I enjoy the neighborhood and location. I have a cat, Sandy, who is chill and minds her own business much like me. I am 420 friendly and the house rules are generally 420 inside and any cigarettes are outside. Quiet time is from midnight to the morning. I keep common areas clean and a schedule will be worked out to keep the place clean. Half utilities.
