Tori's room

This house is a beautiful, spacious place with lots of character. It is a little old but we have done some work on it and are continuing to do so. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room. We also have a spacious front yard, porch and backyard with a deck. (I am working on getting good quality photos of the house itself, but if you are interested I will gladly give you a tour.) This house is right in the center of downtown Brentwood; walking distance from plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We are also right across the street from a 24 hour convenince store which is nice. Utilities are pretty cheap here: Wifi is $16 a person and PG&E is typically around $100 a person or less.

My roommate and I are both females in our 20s. We are both kind people who just want a non-toxic and chill living situation. I am a social butterfly who likes to go out while she is a little more reserved but the absolute sweetest person you’ll meet. We are looking for someone who is responsible, mature and kind. We definitely want a roomie who we can interact with to avoid any awkward tension. We are both comfortable with smoking weed just not inside the house. We want to create a fun and enjoyable living environment for everyone. :)
