Ruby's room

Bonita/ East Chula Vista. Private entrance, private room, own bathroom. House is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with all major stores, and restaurants nearby ,Walmart, Target, Trader Joe’s, Sprout’s, Costco, 24hours fitness, Von’s , Navy Fed, Chase, Home Depot, Ralph’s, SouthWestern College, 7-11, Starbucks, Rite-Aid etc. Plenty of free parking. NO kitchen or laundry access, but with microwave/refrigerator in room, other tenants have had air fryers, a hot plate, and toasters oven which is ok, as long as you’re responsible. Laundry mat 0.5 miles away (across Southwestern College). Internet, and utilities included. No pets allowed, but needs to be ok with a dog around, although our dog has no access to the rental room. No couples. Either furnished or unfurnished ok (microwave and refrigerator in room). Month to month ok.

We are working professionals, family and pet friendly, we have a medium size dog that mostly stays in door with us, and has no access to the rental room,we enjoy a smoke free, drug free , alcohol free, and drama free house. We respect people’s privacy, space, and time.
