Alexis's room

Single unfurnished bedroom available on the first floor of a 3 story townhouse with a full bathroom. Room will be available mid-October. On street parking is available. Internet/wifi and utilities are included with the rent. The first floor foyer is a shared space for the front door and garage, but the room and bathroom are private to the renter. A small private refrigerator will be provided.

The kitchen on the second floor is a shared space with gas stove, toaster oven, microwave, double oven, and dish washer. The washer and dryer are located on the third floor and will be shared.

The property is located within walking distance of a Harris Teeter, with multiple businesses conveniently located nearby. Property is near route 28 and route 234.

My fiancé lives there full-time and I am away for my job. I am a health care worker and he is an engineer. We are quiet individuals who typically do not have any guests over. We do have one other roommate that occupies and he keeps to himself with occasional use of the shared kitchen and laundry room. We do have two friendly small dogs (chihuahua mix and shiba inu).
