Westmont Avenue

I’ve got an extra room opening up in my downstairs apartment in June cause my roommate is moving out. It’s super clean and has a separate sink and mirror apart from the main bathroom. It’s big enough for a queen bed, dresser, and desk. It also comes with a good amount of closet space. It’s 5 minutes from downtown SLO and neighbors are pretty quiet for the most part. There is a small kitchen and a decent size shared living room. There is a laundry room a few doors down that takes payment via an app on your phone.

It will just be me living there as of June. I work mostly from home running my music production buisness so I’m in my room pretty much all day everyday. I occasionally have a friend over or cook for a small group of pretty mellow people. Not big on parties but I definitely don’t have a problem with group hangouts. I cook a lot and I’m always down to cook for other people. I like to keep the space clean but I’m not Psycho or anything. Long as dishes are done by the next morning and the shared spaces stay clean. Whoever moves in has to be cool with hearing music bleed from my room from the hours of 11am till 6pm. Nothing crazy loud but the house dosnt have great sound isolation so it can be heard. I also have clients in the studio with me sometimes but I try and keep my space professional and only bring people into the studio that are conscious of the space.
