month to month agreement, no minimum stay required. i’ll be staying at least 5 years, probably much longer. 2nd floor deck. 1 off street parking spot for you (i don’t have a car). laundromat + grocery store + bank 5 minute walk away. bagel world +mcdonalds 7 minute walk away. utilities cost ranges from $80-$180/month, so split that in half and thats what we each pay. that would be including paying half of a solid internet plan, if you want to (355mbps download & 118mbps upload) [wifi or wired available]. if you want to skip being involved in the internet, it would be $30-130/month (split that in half). the tree outside seen in the pictures has been cut down fyi, all my pics are old but everything else is the same (the nail salon in the living room is empty space now and all kitchen counters are empty except a microwave, shower curtain switched out for a hemp one, u can share it or use ur own). fyi your room is bigger than mine by about 30% and you have 2 windows instead of my 1. living room furnished as seen in pics but except now there’s a pull-up bar stand. if you want to switch up the living room furniture we can do that but i’d like to keep the tv and pull-up bar stand if that’s cool. storage space (not too too much) available in the basement. your bedroom has a sizeable closet. adding any type of lock to your room is fine with me and the landlord. i have a tall queen air mattress we can share for guests. window a/c provided by myself. total due to landlord at move in would be $___ (first and half of last)
