Beautiful 2 bedroom condo, in a very upsacle location. Recently renovated close to everything freeways such as 101, I-10 very convenient shopping centers every mile or closer,. Closes to Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise, Sun City, Tolleson, Peoria, Glendale, Camelback, Loop 303, even very close to the West Gate. The room is 11x 10 plenty of space, for all your furniture, huge closet inside the room, shared bathroom. About myself, I work as Director in the entertainment industry, I am very easy to get a long with, and prefer to live in only with female roommates! My last roommate lived with me for the past 5 years until recently she had to go back home to New Zealand due to her mother diagnosed with cancer such tragic but keeping my prayers for her. I enjoy, cooking listen to jazz music very respectful, polite, and considerate. I am huge movie buff, I love to cook, and a very much family oriented. I do not smoke, drink, or do any kind of drugs at all very quiet, down to earth, calm and very respectful. I also enjoy, camping going out to the lake, word puzzles, game night, karaoke, board games, and overall just easy going free spirit. I am an Aquarius so a fire sign very outgoing and very well outspoken, but fun to be around as a roommate. The property is very well maintained restroom is very clean everyday, floors are always mopped and vacuumed the pictures speak for themselves. I have a very calm demeanor, and also have manors. I am looking for a respectful, drug free roommate, preferably non smoker, drinking is ok as long as it is not that often, very respectful, polite, has manor pays the bill son time, and just easy going individual. I am really considering someone hopefully for the long run but you can rent, and go as you please. I do a full background check, and would like to chat first over the phone, and tha schedule a possible time to have you look at the property. I am not just looking to put anyone in the room, nor neither I am need financial assistance but thought I have an extra room, and would be great as I travel a lot once covid goes away sooner than later.
