Hello, I’m listing my room for rent off Hwy 74 in Perris it is a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. It’s located 8 minutes from Central Ave in Lake Elsinore. I am charging $1000 for single person for private room/shared bathroom with all utilities/wifi included and a mini fridge. You have access to the whole house kitchen, stove/oven, living area, shared cabinet space, and shared bathroom space. Deposit, first, and last months. I am asking that due to a horrible experience with last tenant who was only briefly there. Animals to be determined. The room is very small but it’s perfect for someone young male/female keep in mind it’s a small area probably not suitable for a couple if interested price for a couple would be $1200. No family’s, multiple pets, or multiple people in a room. I’m drama free and have positive energy in my little house and would prefer to keep if that way. I have no issue with guests/ overnight guests just let me know before hand. I’m super open minded and chill and would love to find someone the same. I don’t ask much other than pay bills on time, clean up after yourself, don’t damage anything, have a good time, and make yourself at home! The place is very empty so feel free to bring whatever you have to make it feel like home. Please have proof of income and steady employment. Month to month lease till December.
