My place. Three/Two, yours is in the back of the house (the master), I like the front of the house (2 and bath), Furnished: No Drama, CAR, JOB, NO PSYCHO CHICKS, boy and or girl friends do not live in my house.
About the roomies
Clean, keep the kitchen clean, living room is my little space after work (usually 7 to 11pm) as YOU have a whole Master. We are dudes, so no need for formalities, other than that… the master room is yours… If we become buds, great. I will respect ‘your’ space, and YOU stay out of mine. I will reserve a monthly walk through your space if I deem it cool, with you, just to make sure that you don’t have a ‘shit show’ going on in there. House and kitchen sharing stuff to follow .
