Room for rent in three bedroom apartment, located between 2nd St and Ocean, one block away from the beach, one block away from shops, restaurants, and bars. Available March 9. Monthly rent is $1,027 not including utilities (WiFi, gas/refuse, electricity are all shared utility bills). Shared parking available.
Shared bathroom.
A deposit of $900 is due before move in.

About the roomies
Current occupants are 32 and 27 female working professionals. We stay busy with work, social life, etc and are in and out of the apartment a lot. We are quiet, clean, friendly, and respectful. Not heavy party people since we work on weekdays and spend most weekends outdoors.
