Lenna's room

My place is right outside of downtown in SoBro, just a 7 minute drive to East Nashville and Germantown. It’s located off of Lindsley Ave, between 2nd and Hermitage Ave in a gated community. I love the location because it’s so close to everything and has very easy highway access. It’s walking distance to downtown and Nissan Stadium. Utilities typically run approximately $60-$100/month per person. It’s honestly a great price for the location! While the full bathroom is shared, the vanity area is separate from the shower/bathroom. There is also a half bath downstairs. The room is unfurnished but the shared living space is mostly furnished - the couch is here to stay but I’m willing to get rid of the coffee table and living room chair if you have something you’d rather bring. The landlord does not allow pets. Available for someone to move in May 1. Lease is through Feb 2025.

I am 37 and I work from home full time, Monday-Friday. I’m clean, down to earth, love the outdoors and love exploring places in Nashville. I also enjoy playing soccer, hiking, cooking, and wine or cocktail nights.
