The background check is offered on Roomies, at a super low price (might be under $10), if you want to use their system that works and is faster. Venmo, ACH or cashapp payments only. All bills are included in price excluding water, that is split.

10 x 12 bedroom available for single occupancy. The room is furnished with queen bed, small desk, mini fridge and bookshelf. High speed internet, parking and all other utilities are included in rent price. Located minutes from Park Circle, I-26 and Hwy 526. Fenced in yard and screened in patio area. Currently house has one cat, so only small sized dogs/animals considered, no cats. Sorry!
