This place would have just you living there. Doesn’t matter what your work hours are no to worry about disturbing. The kitchen is small but well laid out plenty of room for one. This is for non smokers. Not even outside as the smell follows you in. Shopping close and lots of different types of entertainment. We do rent to the named person on the lease. You cannot bring another person in without full background check and approval. It is obvious but just for clarity if two live there not one then your utilities will cost more. Also off street parking is for one car only.
