Some furniture can be rearranged or removed as needed. Measurements: Bedroom 12’x10’; Ceiling 8’ high; Closet 5’x5’.
REQUIREMENTS: One months rent for security deposit. Identity and employer verification (or, funds availability). Room is for ONE person in a completely smoke-free and pet-free environment (pets may be considered after discussion).
