Hello, I’m seeking an additional roommate for my home in West Hyattsville, MD, conveniently located near the West Hyattsville metro stop, just one stop outside of DC. The available space includes two rooms for the tenant, with a shared bathroom. The total occupancy will be three people in this spacious 5-bedroom home, including the new tenant. Please note that I have a friendly dog. * * The home is a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) to the West Hyatsville Metro stop which is the first stop outside of DC on the green and yellow line. Some other features nearby: Aldi supermarket (3 min walk; 1 min drive) PG Plaza mall with LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Macys, Target, Giant + More (10 minute bus ride, 5 minute drive) University of Maryland (10 minute drive; 20 minute bus ride) Howard University (20 minute drive, 27 minute train ride)

Hi! I’m Bianca, I’ve owned this home for a few years and I’m looking for roommates for a house share. I’m 31 years old and graduated from Howard University in 2015. I love to travel and just connect with friends. I’ve been working from home which is why I’d like to provide tenants with extra space that may have a similar lifestyle. I live here with my dog Hendrix. He’s a year and two months, hypoalergenic, friendly and about 15 pounds. He’s not able to go upstairs where I am renting rooms.

My roommate who you’d be sharing a bathroom with is a busy university student that spends most of her time outside of the home.
