I live at a great apartment complex right near Waterdog Open Space preserve and just 1.5 miles from the CalTrain station. It’s a very walkable community and also close to 280, 101, and 92 freeways. It’s a 2B2B apartment. I’m in the master and renting the second bedroom/bath. Laundry in unit, balcony. Uncovered parking available on property. Open to questions! Property also has a great pool and a small gym facility that you would have access too.

The photos I’ve uploaded are the 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom, which you would use. There is a standard sliding closet in there and windows. It gets great natural light during the day.

Rent is $1900 plus WiFi and electric. Water and trash are included in rent- I cover this portion (roughly in the ballpark of $300 a month) to account for the larger space I have.
