Shared bathroom with high ceilings & spa tiles , and laundry down the steps in the back (always open machines i’ve never had to wait) is 1.75 per load

Looking for someone to join on to our lease signing 8/1/2023 (Aug 1st) through 6/31/2024. Dates can be flexible. We are a laidback couple renting out the open bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath for $650 per month, plus 1/3 of electricity, and 1/3 of wifi (only if you wanna use our plan, totally cool if you wanna use your own!) altogether it would be around 700-750 monthly including bills I’m a North Park student, I love to dance/shop/workout/chill, and I live with my boyfriend D who likes to play basketball/videogames. We mostly keep to ourselves but are super friendly and were down to get to know our roommate! he is gone for most of the day and I’m in and out as well. we are super 420 friendly so ideally a roommate who is cool with that and down to live with a couple. the only thing that the apartment is super strict on is cigarette smokers, and no dogs :( We don’t have any pets but cat owners are welcome!
