Hello! We’re looking for someone to take over our private bedroom and bathroom lease asap until May. We live in a beautiful 2bd2br apartment in Superior with a Mountain View with another couple and need someone to take over our lease until it is over May 20th. The apartment is walking distance to grocery stores and the Flatiron mall! You will have your own private room with a walk in closet and patio access from room as well as a private bathroom with a big bathtub. THE ROOM IS NOT GOING TO BE FURNISHED. You will also have access to plenty of storage and all the amenities (including a beautiful lounge, full size fully stocked gym and basketball court, outdoor pool and hot tub open year round, movie theater and more!). Rent is $771 without utilities (we pay around $100 for utilities) plus $8 a month for parking. This will not be a sublease but a lease takeover. Private message me for more details!
