All existing tenants are currently women. Since the house is currently rented out to all females, we prefer a female tenant.

3 Story Home in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas. Due to our work schedule, we’ve experienced walking around the neighborhood at all times of the day to get some air in between work. From doing this we can assure you that this neighborhood is extremely safe. All of our neighbors are very friendly and also have ring doorbells/security cameras.

Our house is nearly 3,000 sq ft with 5 bedrooms

Once you walk into this home, you will immediately feel welcome. The first floor will have one master bedroom and a laundry room. The second floor has 2 flat-screen smart TV’s both equipped with Apple TV, a guest bathroom, balcony access, a fully furnished office, and a fully furnished kitchen/living room.

The office has a 75 Inch Smart TV w/ Apple TV, 2 Adjustable Standing Desks, and a massive glass board that you can write on and use anytime. In the living room, we have a brand-new couch that is very comfy and great for watching movies. The kitchen/living room has a 65 Inch Smart TV w/ Apple TV with beautiful upgrades from granite countertops, contemporary glass tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and modern wood floors. If you don’t have utensils or cookware, we’ve got you covered.

As long as you clean up after yourself, you have access to our plates/utensils, pots/pans, air fryer, grill, microwave, blender, juicer, Keurig coffee machine, and crockpot. We have 2 large fridges/freezers so there will be more than enough room to keep your food/beverages.

The third floor will be where the three regular bedrooms plus one of the master bedrooms are. The 3 regular rooms have one full shared bathroom on the third floor and one-half bathroom on the second floor. One of the bedrooms upstairs is already furnished so let us know if you would like an unfurnished or furnished room. There are currently three parking spots on the driveway and 2 on the curb with plenty of other parking further out if necessary.

Cougar Creek Park is a 5-minute walk away, and grocery stores and restaurants are less than a mile away. (10 min walk or 2 min drive). At Cougar Creek Park you can run laps around the park, play pickleball/tennis, and even work out as the park has a mini outdoor gym. Mccarran airport is 14 to 18 mins away. Las Vegas Strip is about 15 to 25 mins away depending on traffic

Hello! My name is Paolo and me and my friend Chris moved here from Los Angeles to buy this house in 2021. Before that, we grew up in the bay area. We’re both investors/entrepreneurs who have traveled the world and lived in 8 different countries. One of our tenant’s leases just ended, so we have two rooms available on March 20, 2023. Chris and I recently both turned 26. We’re looking for non-smoking tenants who are:

1. Financially Responsible (Pay rent on time)|
2. Clean up after themselves (No messy people) |
3. Won’t wreck the house (We spent a lot of money furnishing) |
4. Mindful of other tenants (Be respectful) |

Here is a quick little background on both of us:

Paolo: Has mortgage and real estate license and currently works in the mortgage industry. Likes stocks, anime, dogs, and long walks on the beach (jk it’s way too cold to be walking on the beach and there are no beaches here) Chris: Is a licensed property manager who used to work in Beverly Hills. Likes anime, chess, dogs, and making money.
