Decent size bedroom with small walk-in closet in a garden level condo. Currently has a bed and dresser available if needed but those can be stored if you don’t need them. Relatively quiet 10 unit building, very pet friendly. The bath is directly adjacent to the bedroom and would be your own despite being the hall bath.
About the roomies
The condo is a three bedroom 2-bath unit. I’ve been living with a friend and her daughter and they have since moved, so I have space available. I’m a straight, 56 year old male although that shouldn’t matter. I’m very open minded and I’m searching for a good fit more than anything else. Looking to share the space with someone who can treat the place as if it were their own, someone respectful, easy going, self sufficient and responsible.
