Most of the stuff in the pictures is my roommate’s, I’m more of a minimalist. The bedroom pictured is actually my room, but the one opening up is exactly the same with an extra window. Anybody who wants to live here needs to be able to get on the lease through our landlord. This is not under the table, my landlord lives right below me. You should be able to get pro-rated rent!

I’ve lived in Eugene my whole life and my plan is to move to the bay area this summer, in which case you would be free to either get a new roommate, take over the lease, or move out. There is a chance I will stay longer than that.

The apartment is spacious AF, there’s a bathtub, a nice kitchen, and gardening space. There’s a car port and I don’t have a car so it’s all yours. We have a storage unit where I do little home improvement projects. You can keep a bike in there or in the house, I’m cool either way.

I’m a progressive queer woman (she/her). I don’t get along with white people who have dreads or people who don’t respect boundaries. I work at Sizzle Pie and I’m a part-time student at LCC where I’m earning a transfer degree to get my BFA in fashion design. I have a really good credit score and I think I’ve been late on rent 2 times in my life. I hope I can find someone that has some similar interests like art, yoga, working out, and the occasional living room dance party. Bonus if you own a stripping pole. I’m quiet and I spend most of my time alone but I’m open to cooking meals and hanging out if we get along. I occasionally have friends over, but I’m often studying so just try to be conscious of that when you’re in the common areas.

I am meticulously organized and I do my dang dishes 90% of the time. I am looking for a roommate who is reasonably clean and organized and willing to help keep up on some deep cleaning. I really don’t like clutter but there is a lot of space here for furnishings. I enjoy smoking cannabis before bed and prefer to do so in my room with the window open, but I’m okay with going outside if I really need to. We technically aren’t allowed to so anyone who smokes needs to be aware of smell.
