Our apartment sits at the intersection of Kinzie and Wells at one of the best locations in River North. The Merchandise Mart is right across the street, and we are surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. Highline, Tunnel Moe’s Cantina and Treehouse are all on either side of Env just to name the closest spots.

The apartment is modern and because we have a corner unit, we are one of the few apartments in the building that has floor-to-ceiling windows on two separate walls. This makes for an amazing view at night- Out one wall, you can see all the way down Kinzie St looking west. Out the other wall, you can see all the way down Wells St. looking north. The apartment is clean, and the common area is already furnished with a nice leather sofa, bar stool and bar cart. The kitchen is also very modern and has a wine rack attached to the kitchen island.

My current roommate is moving out, pending our finding someone to replace him. The current situation is that this is our second year on the lease, so we were able to resign for a price that was not offered to the public. Our current lease is up in April, but I would ideally like to resign for up to another 14 months. Current cost of rent is $3250/monthly not including the estimated $200 worth of estimated monthly utilities. My roommate currently has the master bedroom with the walk-in closet and attached bathroom and pays a bit more for it, and I currently have the guest bedroom. I am flexible on which room you want to take depending on your budget expectations. Currently the split is $1790 to $1460, not including utilities.

My name’s Pat, and I’m a 26 year old young professional. I’m a class of 2019 IU alumni - Go Hoosiers! I currently work at Origami Risk as a BDR which is my first ever sales position. Previously I held contractor jobs at JP Morgan, Pepsico and a permanent position at Goldman Sachs most recently before making the transition to sales at Origami.

My hobbies include working out (fun fact- I am actually a NASM certified personal trainer), amateur boxing (I’m training for my first fight), reading and going out with friends. I know a lot of really cool people in the area, so if you are new to downtown and don’t know anyone, you will meet some very nice people! Or if you just want to do your own thing, that’s totally cool too!

I am a very easy-going, neat and considerate roommate and will help you move your things into the apartment if needed. This spot is really cool, and I think you’ll love it!
