Property: the property is a 2 floor house with 3 bedrooms 3 baths and and attached office space as well. It has a fenced in backyard and soon to have a garden for the spring :). rent is 700$. Utilities are included.

I have rented to 4 people in the last 2 years and enjoy it!. The property is currently occupied by myself (27male) my partner (24 Female) and our two little dog. we are occupying the upstairs master bedroom and the upstairs office i use as my personal office. We work day shift. i use the 2nd bedroom as a storage/movie room. We would prefer college age roommates, but open to all ideas.
