Fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. Bedroom is off the main entrance of the home, it’s quite cozy and equipped with all you need to move in. Bed is fairly new, brand new Single Sofa Chair by the window, perfect area for relaxing and snuggling under a blanket for movie time or use as a reading nook. There’s a fairly new Smart 32 inch tv with built in streaming services, we’ve provided you with Free Hulu to start. Also, there’s a large 8 draw chest of drawers between that and the closet, there’s plenty of storage. There’s a floating table and chair area for work/ study/ makeup. The home has central heat, however for extra chilly days, you have a small heater and an A/C unit provided for summer days. For your maximum convenience, tucked away is a quick breakfast area, which has your very own double door Frigidaire refrigerator w/ freezer, a toaster + coffee machine and overhead shelf for cereals and snacks.

You’re welcome to use the kitchen, there’s a fully functional gas range stove with oven and a microwave. There’s a small breakfast nook table and chairs off the kitchen, perfect for quick bites. We provide some kitchenware for your use, plus there’s extra cupboard space in case you move with your own. The bathroom has hot and cold water, a bath tub with a large rain shower head that’s high pressured and makes showers so much more relaxing. There’s a squatting stool and a bluetooth digital smart scale.

The home is just 5 minutes walk to the bus, which takes only 10-12 mins to Midtown, Manhattan plus there’s 24hrs public transportation. Laundromat is super close by, less than a block away. The area is simply beautiful, very safe for walking, running or biking and best of all the amazing walkability to the surrounding areas like Weehawken’s waterfront and Hoboken. There you’ll find a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Otherwise we are very close to plenty of markets, stores, gyms, post office, salons, parks, movie theatre, coffee shops and restaurants.

The room is already equipped with all the basics to get you started, even towels, bedding and extra curtains. Do feel free to add room accessories for your personalized touch.

R͟͟͟͞͞͞O͟͟͟͞͞͞O͟͟͟͞͞͞M͟͟͟͞͞͞A͟͟͟͞͞͞T͟͟͟͞͞͞E͟͟͟͞͞͞:*** We’re looking for an independent female, someone self sufficient, very busy with her own life, respectful of privacy and boundaries, thoughtful and easygoing. Someone who’s very CLEAN, tidy and responsible to share our home. The space is 100% move-in ready, so an ideal roommate is someone who’s moving in with just her suitcase.

Definitely prefer someone with a schedule outside of the home, whether it’s school and/ or work. Preferably an outgoing, energetic roomie, with a busy lifestyle. This is a beautiful up-and-coming neighborhood, looking for someone who can appreciate and enjoy the surrounding areas (NYC, Hoboken, Weehawken) as much as we do.
