I have a convertible apartment on the 41st floor in downtown Chicago. The view from the balcony is amazing, never miss a sunset. Parking is included until the end of the lease. 24/hour doormen and on-call maintenance. There is a grocery store conveniently located downstairs, as well as many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The building has an entrance to the Red Line CTA train right out front as well. The building is only about a 20 minute walk from Navy Pier, and a 5 minute walk to the River Walk. There is a washer and dryer unit located in the unit, and an extra closet for storage. I do have a storage unit upstairs, it is extra cost. Dogs and cats are welcome, you just have to pay the apartment fee for them here at my building. There is a pool, that you can see from the balcony in this unit, as well as a grilling area. There’s many amenities, a small dog park area, a running track, pool table room, library, basketball court, a full gym as well as a party room you can rent out.

You would be the only person living here. I’m looking for someone to take over my current lease which ends on May 17. You have the option to stay only for my lease, or to take it over and continue on your own lease after May 17. I have never had issues with my neighbors, and really mind my business. People are very welcome, friendly and talkative. There are monthly events for residents and you do get to see the staff quite a bit if you choose.
