The room is a shared double. The lease ends by the end of July. Looking for someone interested in a 2 months lease. The apartment is very close to SDSU. They provide a shuttle system for students. It’s also surrounded by a lot of food places and Von’s is a walking distance from the apartment also. There’s often parties that happen during the weekend (sometimes during the weekday too) so it’s never a boring night here.

The roommates are all very nice and love to clean! One of them owns a husky and a cat, but both pets are well-behaved and friendly. Everyone likes to chill in the common area at night where we watch movies or binge watch a show. Everyone is pretty aware of what household chores are needed to be done. All of the roommates are friendly and very understanding and love to have a good time.
