Amber's room

Room inside a five bedroom house in Rossmoor. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking at all times. Walkable distance to stores/shops, a few miles from Seal Beach and Long Beach. Ten minute drive to CSULB. Large open backyard area with outdoor dining table. Room comes unfurnished, however we do have a dresser available if needed. No pets allowed but one tenant does have a cat. Lease only available for 6 month period at this time. Bathroom space is shared with two other of the roommates (one girl and one boy). Proof of credit score will be necessary prior to lease signing. 21+ years of age preferred.

Five people currently live here (5 bedroom house), three males/two females. We’re all ages 21-26. Some are recent graduates/current students at CSULB. All of us work. We do play music or have friend over on Friday/Saturday nights as well as have people over some weekends. Upkeep of the house is maintained via chore list.
