Matt's room

Rooms and art studios for rent in home on an acre of land. Near the Walmart in San Marcos. The home has a front and back patio lots of places to chill, with very cool roommates. The house is currently being worked on and fixed up. The house also has art studios/offices that are rented out to entrepreneurs and creative individuals. Goal is to rent a room and rent studio to people in communication/creative arts. We are not allowing pet in the home.

The roommates are all working/creative people. Very chill friendly people. Easy to get along with.
