A 3/2 home, in a very quite and safe neighborhood, big backyard on a canal, excellent neighbor’s.
I’m between Floresta and Airoso near Crosstown Parkway so only minute’s to US1 or I95.
Male or female, no couples please.
The Electric, Water and high speed internet (Xfinity) is included in your rent.
It’s a clean room, in a very clean home, privacy, no drama, a safe space you can feel at home in!
I have security through my Ring. There is a full driveway for your car as well.
You’ll have full washer & dryer access located in the garage.
The room is a very nice size and capable of a king size bed with other furniture!
The closet is extra long, extra tall ~ see the measurements in the photo’s. So plenty of space for extras or storage.
About the roomies
I am retired but I have an online buisness and work from home.
My other tenant is a Marine Veteran.
Neither one of us drink or do any kind of drugs.
I am quiet and keep to myself but I am very friendly. I respect and value other’s privacy.
You would share a big bathroom with another tenant. I have my own bathroom on the other side of the house.
