First owner/resident of a brand-new build townhome on Tennyson in Berkeley (immediately west of downtown Denver, next to the Highlands). The entire townhome is elegantly fully furnished. It has three floors, plus a fully furnished and large rooftop deck with a grill. House includes a large kitchen with a gas stove, six person dining table, seating area and living room. Deck has a large sectional with a natural gas fireplace coffee table, two large accent chairs, and a dining table for six. There is also a desk and extra monitor downstairs if renter would like to do some work from home. House is protected by an ADT security alarm system and has a keypad for entry. Bi-weekly, full service housekeeping is included in rent!!! Finally, I have two sweet and adorable small dogs: a highly trained (slightly skittish) Pomsky, and a super friendly 2 y/o Frenchie.

Room for rent is a great size with a medium sized closet and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Room comes fully furnished with a super comfy mattress and high end sheets! Renter is more than welcome to redecorate (excluding furniture). There is a large TV mounted on the wall with access to Hulu Live TV, Netflix and Discovery+.

The Neighborhood - Location, location, location!! If you aren’t familiar with Tennyson, it’s the “new LoHi” with a more chill vibe. TONS of high quality (not highly expensive) restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, and more, all within walking distance. There is even a “First Friday” event every month on the strip. One block north is Berkeley Park which has a bunch of green space, tennis courts, and a lake. The townhome is also surrounded by a gorgeous neighborhood, which is fun to walk/run around. Easy and quick access to interstate, and ten minutes from downtown.

Hi! I’m a business professional in Denver and am also pursing my MBA, graduating in May. I mainly work at my office, and sometimes from home. In the evenings I’m typically doing school work, playing with my 2 small dogs, or hanging out on the couch with a glass of wine. I’m pretty quiet and somewhat of a night owl, if going to bed by 11 applies. I’m very respectful of my roommate and want it to be your home too. Very clean and organized as well.
