●Shared: March- $700/mo (including utilities)

●Entire Unit: April 1st-24th- $985/mo (including utilities)

●$125 security deposit (refundable based on terms & conditions)

▪︎ Great amenities, quiet/safe area, nearby parks/lakes/golf course, shopping and more! Ample photos available upon request. Serious inquiries only. (While shared) Guest will sleep in living room space or sun room area, whichever you choose. (small cot bed, sheets/pillow can be provided upon request). Free WiFi and access to all parts of the unit (other than bedroom while unit is being shared). Sun-room/living room very spacious (pretty empty) and work area available if needed.

It is just myself occupying unit. Very clean, easy going, laid back, optimistic individual. I love nature, meditating, music, dance and cooking healthy meals (I am not a big meat eater/ so more on a plant based diet). I love my personal/alone space and time but can be a social butterfly when needed. I am easy to get along with and easy to communicate with. I work from home, and would prefer someone who didn’t, but will be flexible as long as there are no noise disturbances while taking calls at work (depending on the week). Flexible.
