The available room is about 9’3“x10’3“ with a closet 2’x5’8“. Utilities, WiFi, Gas, Electric, etc., are $107 and have been locked at that price for over a year. I have never raised rent. The shared bathroom will be between you and my other roommate. The townhome has built-in sprinklers, alarms, sound systems, spacious, has 3 floors:
Floor 1) Built-in garage [Serve as extra storage room] + half bathroom + guestroom/office [for if you have family / guests, has TV, couch, table, daybed sofa]
Floor 2) Living room + Kitchen + half bathroom + Dining area + 2 fridges (you will get your own fridge)
Floor 3) Laundry / Dryer Unit + My room [Separate bathroom] + Roomate’s room + Your room + Shared full bathroom [for roommate and you]
Parallel neighborhood and street parking. Next to a small shopping center / grocery store, school, strip mall. The house and its surroundings are equipped with security cameras. The house is on the corner, so there is some noise. Automated lock for front door.
