The rent includes heat, electricity, and internet. The apartment is centrally located among trees, a brook, and an open space area, yet just two blocks ( one-half mile ) from the Westport Business district, and five minutes from Saugatuck Station, I-95 and the Merritt Parkway. Across the street from a variety store, and a coffee & doughnut shop; No Alcohol or non-script drugs in the apartment, please. $625 per month. I am the tenant, not any type of broker. I have had two Moderna vaccines and the Moderna booster.
