About the room
Property has a outside parking with security cameras as well as front door, pool area and inside of living room and dining area. You will have access to pool, kitchen, washer and dryer, living room and dining area. No smoking in the house only in pool area. Must be neat and mindful of others. Shared bathroom with other roommate. The ad says shared room but it’s not. It’s a shared bathroom. Im a social drinker so I will occasionally have people over on the weekends. Male gender preferred but will consider females. No overnight guest. I would very much appreciate if keeping things maintained in the household.
About the roomies
I’m a traveling physical therapist assistant and most of the time im gone. Im a neat and very clean person and my house is very well organized.
