Eric's room

This place is pretty awesome, especially for the price. Washer/dryer is included, and the landlord lives right next door. He has been very responsive to pressing issues - the AC broke last summer and he had it fixed the next day.

Price is 775 + utilities.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is about a 15min drive from downtown.

There are two sides to the house: my girlfriend Orion and I live on one while this open room is on the other side next to another room (occupied by a female). There are bathrooms on both sides, and the kitchen is in the middle. There’s also a very open entryway.

In terms of parking, there is both a driveway and street parking. Since it is a residential area, parking is super easy here.

The wifi/internet is awesome, also ports to connect to ethernet.

Unfortunately not pet friendly due to landlord’s policy

I am a musician/music teacher player along with part time Publix worker, while my girlfriend is a student at USF studying geological oceanography. That being said, I make some noise due to my instrument, but expect the same volume as a piano - I totally respect quiet hours! Previous roommates have said they’ve hardly even noticed I’ve been playing.

Our other housemate on the other side of the house (same side as this open room), is a recent college grad who has a remote job in customer service, so she works from home often. Due to this, someone who is relatively quiet would be great. We would probably prefer another girl just since you’d be sharing a bathroom, but a guy could also work too!
